Did you receive an invitation? Here's how to RSVP:
Click the link in your WhatsApp message or email. You'll see the event invitation with details like date, location, and dress code.
Select the option that best describes your plans.
If the organizer allows plus-ones, you can specify how many guests you're bringing. This helps with event planning.
Click "Submit RSVP" and you're done! The organizer will see your response immediately. You can also add a personal note if you'd like.
If you received someone else's invitation link, click "I'm someone else" to register yourself as a new guest.
Hold your phone in portrait mode (vertically) for best results. Photos look better this way on the gallery and TV display.
Take photos in good lighting. Natural light is best. Avoid backlit photos if possible.
Get close to capture important moments. Details make the best memories.
Don't wait until the end of the event. Upload throughout for more variety.
See all published photos in a grid layout. Photos are displayed in the order they were approved. Refresh to see newly published photos.
Watch photos auto-rotate on a big screen. The organizer may display this on a TV or projector during the event for everyone to enjoy.
Get notified about important updates:
You'll receive a notification when your uploaded photo is approved and published.
Get notified when other guests' photos are published. Great for staying engaged!
Photos must be approved by the organizer before they appear in the gallery. Check back in a few minutes – they usually appear quickly!
It depends on the event. In trial mode, guests can upload up to 10 photos total. If the organizer upgrades, uploads may be unlimited. Ask the organizer if you're unsure.
You can't delete it yourself, but the organizer can delete it from their dashboard. Contact the organizer if you want a photo removed.
No! Your photos display anonymously without any personal information. You have complete privacy.
Check your internet connection and try again. Refresh the page if needed. Make sure your file isn't too large and your browser has camera/file access enabled.
Yes! Simply click your original invitation link again and submit a new response. Your previous answer will be updated.
Click "I'm someone else" on the RSVP page to register yourself as a new guest. You'll be able to enter your own details and respond to the invitation.
Ask the organizer to resend your invitation. They can send a new link via WhatsApp or email. If there's a public RSVP link for the event, you can use that to register instead.
